Withdrawal from contract

If you are a consumer, in principle, you are entitled to withdraw from a distant contract.

You can withdraw from a contract by making a statement of withdrawal from contract, e. g. by means of an e-mail message sent to: info@beatit.tv

Return the returnable article immediately to the postal address: ul. Kościańska 41, 60-112 Poznań, Poland, however, no later than within fourteen (14) days since the date of withdrawing from a contract.

 

You can withdraw from a contract within fourteen (14) days.

 

The fourteen-day time limit will run:

  • For the contract under which we hand over an article, being under the obligation to transfer its ownership, since the date of coming into possession of the article by you or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier;

  • For digital content, since the contract date.

In order to keep the term of withdrawal, you must send a statement concerning withdrawal from contract before the term of withdrawal.

Payments made by you, including delivery costs resulting from the stipulations of Terms & Conditions, will be reimbursed to you without delay, however, no later than within fourteen (14) days counting from the day we received your statement of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from contract.

We can withhold the reimbursement of the payment we received from you until the article arrives at our office or until we receive proof of shipment, depending on which event takes place first.

Please bear in mind that a consumer cannot exercise the right to withdraw from a distant contract with regard to a contract in which:

  • The subject of the delivery is a non-prefabricated article manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

  • The subject of the delivery is an article which is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • The subject of the delivery is an article delivered in a sealed packaging, which cannot be returned once the packaging is opened due to health protection or hygienic reasons if the packaging was opened after its delivery;

  • The subject of the delivery are audio or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed packaging if the packaging was opened after its delivery;

  • The subject of the delivery is the provision of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after the trader has informed him or her of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Complaints

If an article/articles purchased at our store turns out to be defective, you have the right to complain on the basis of a warranty or guarantee. Complaints are lodged to our e-mail address: info@beatit.tv or our postal address: ul. Kościańska 41, 60-112 Poznań, Poland.

Defective articles are to be sent to: ul. Kościańska 41, 60-112 Poznań, Poland

In connection with a defect, you can require:

  • The change of article/articles to free from defects;

  • The removal of the defect,

or you can make a statement about:

  • The request to reduce the price;

  • Withdrawal from the contract if the defect of the article sold is significant.

We cover defects found less than two years after handing the article/articles over.

In principle, a claim may be submitted with twelve (12) months after noticing a defect, however, the period within which to make the complaint must not expire before the expiry of the time period for the liability of the seller.

 

Your complaint will be handled within fourteen (14) days since the date of receiving it.
